How do we need you to send us the files for digital textile printing?
DTG image preparation
To do digital printing on textiles at Serigaur, we need you to send us your designs in a specific way:
1. RGB
We need you to send us your digital design in RGB. For direct-to-garment digital printing, this is the format we need.
2. Real size of the image to be printed.
You must save the file with the measurements you want to be printed on the T-shirt, sweatshirt, etc.
3. 300 pixels per inch.
This is the quality required by our machines and the way to do the best job.
4. TIF, with transparency.
This is the proper format for printing because it is the file with the most information on the image you designed for your textiles.
Why do we need you to send it to us like this?
- These are the features required by our machines for textile digital printing.
- This is the way to get the result closest to the design, and therefore the desired print.
- This reduces the likelihood of mistakes in terms of size.
- It lowers the likelihood of the customary bias in terms of the end colour in the digital textile print.
- The process becomes more effective.
You don't know if your designs were saved properly?
- Can you send this information to your graphic designer?
- Let's talk and see how we can help you.
