Digital textile printing
Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG, is a method to directly stamp on the fabric in all colours, based on a digital file.
Technological evolution is making a grand entrance in the textile industry as far as stamping is concerned. At Serigaur, we are ready to meet the digital textile printing needs of companies, fashion brands, physical clothing shops, online sales and web to print.
The main advantages to using digital textile printing is that, thanks to the machinery we have, we can offer a quick response, with precise, high-quality printing at a competitive price, from one unit to huge quantities. This means that we can effectively adapt to the deadlines required on the fashion market.
The result obtained on the fabric is very soft to the touch, especially when the garment is white or light-coloured. The ecological ink integrates perfectly into the garment.
The star component we can print on is cotton with a closed stitch. We can also work on other materials, such as denim, white polyester, linen, viscose, etc. In all cases when printing on a new fabric for the first time, we recommend conducting tests, both for printing and for adhesion.
This is the most recommended for a single printing or if the design has many colours and/or thin strokes, such as a photographic image.
